Frequently Asked Questions

Will I need to sign in every time I open the tool?

No. Your session is saved in your browser once you sign in. Every time you open the tool on that browser, it loads automatically. You will only be asked to sign in again if you sign out or your session expires.

Can I use the tool on 3 different browsers at the same time?

Yes. Sign in with your Nexus account on each browser — there is nothing per-browser to configure. AI generation runs through the shared Mediseller Gateway, not a personal key, so there is no setup to repeat beyond signing in.

How does the Inbox page work?

The Inbox page shows all leads from your Google Sheet (the one where your international units add inquiries). Once connected, it auto-refreshes every 5 minutes — or click Refresh manually. Filter by country, date range, product, or search by name. Click any lead to instantly generate 4 emails + a localized WhatsApp message for that lead.

How do I connect my Google Sheet to the Inbox?

Open your sheet → File → Share → Publish to web → Select your sheet tab → Format: CSV → Click Publish → Copy the URL. Paste it in Settings → Google Sheet CSV URL. Done. The tool reads columns by header name (Date, Name, Phone, Email, Product, Country) — order doesn't matter.

What's the WhatsApp message in results?

Alongside the 4 emails, the AI generates a short, human-friendly WhatsApp message in the buyer's native language (Arabic for UAE/Saudi/Egypt, French for Senegal/Cameroon, Spanish for Mexico/Colombia, Urdu for Pakistan, English for everyone else). Click Send on WhatsApp to open WhatsApp directly with the message and buyer's phone pre-filled — or Copy message to paste anywhere.

Do I need my own Gemini API key?

No. AI generation runs through the Mediseller LLM Gateway, which holds the Gemini key server-side. Just sign in with your Nexus account — there is nothing to create or paste.

This is a hosted web app now — just open the same link on the other laptop and sign in with your Nexus account. No file copying, no installation.

Just copy the .html file to the other laptop (USB, WhatsApp, email — any way). Open it in Chrome or Edge. Go to Settings, enter your Gemini API key. That's it — fully working. No installation, no internet connection needed for setup (only for generating emails).

How does auto-translate work?

After generating emails, if the buyer's country is a non-English-speaking country (Arabic for UAE/Saudi/Egypt, French for Senegal/Cameroon, Spanish for Colombia/Mexico, Urdu for Pakistan, etc.) — a purple "Translation available" chip appears. Click "Translate to [Language]" on any email tab. The AI translates the surrounding text while keeping all product names, brand names, prices, and contact details in English. Arabic/Urdu/Persian automatically display right-to-left.

Step-by-Step Guide

First-time setup

Click Settings (top right) → confirm you are signed in — then fill in your contact details (email, WhatsApp link, phone, WeChat, Line ID). Click anywhere outside Settings to close. Your contact details are auto-saved to the browser.

Single inquiry — with screenshot

Take a screenshot of any IndiaMart lead, WhatsApp message, or email inquiry → Press Ctrl+V anywhere on the page to paste it directly into the tool. The green zone confirms the screenshot is loaded. Click Generate 4 Emails.

Single inquiry — with text

Paste or type inquiry details into the text box: Buyer: [name] | Country: [country] | Product: [product] | Email: [email] — any format works. As you type, the green badge shows how many catalogue products matched. Click Generate 4 Emails.

Reading the results

Results show: lead chips (buyer details extracted), matched products (green tiles with exact price from catalogue), related products (same category/generic).

4 email tabs are generated:
• Catalogue Match — direct answer with exact price
• Full Range — all related products with prices for upsell
• Partnership — long-term distributor relationship angle
• Price Quote — formal proforma-style quotation

Click Copy full email to copy subject + body → paste into Gmail. Or click Open in Gmail ↗ to open Gmail compose with To, Subject, and Body pre-filled automatically.

Bulk mode

Switch to Bulk tab → Click Download Template to get a sample Excel → Fill in customer name, email, product, country → Upload the file → Click Generate All. The tool processes each customer one by one (with a small delay to avoid API limits). When done, click Export to Excel to download all 4 emails per customer in one spreadsheet.

Translation

For buyers in non-English countries, a purple translation chip appears in the lead summary. Inside each email tab, click "Translate to [Language]". The translation appears below the English version. RTL languages (Arabic, Urdu, Persian) automatically align right-to-left. Click Copy [Language] version to copy it separately.
